1. Create your free provider account

Start by creating your free account and filling in the short Apply as Provider form.
Add your business details, service descriptions, prices, and the languages you serve.
Our team reviews every provider to ensure quality and trust before listings go live.

2. Receive bookings or service requests

Customers can book instantly or send you a custom quote request (Request to Quote).
You’ll communicate easily in our built-in chat and agree on details before starting the job.

3. Deliver your service

Once the booking is confirmed, simply provide your service as agreed. All card payments are processed securely through Stripe, and your payout is protected.

💶 You always get paid — either when the customer confirms completion, or automatically after the standard release period. This guarantees both sides are protected: the client gets what they ordered, and you always receive your payment on time.

💰 Commission Model

NordicCosta operates on a 13,5% success-based commission — no hidden fees, no subscriptions.
You pay only when a booking is successfully completed.

Instant bookings (fixed price or calendar)

• Handling: Automatically deducted via Stripe at payout

Request to Quote / custom jobs
• Commission: 13,5%
• Handling: Invoiced monthly or collected via Stripe payment link

Featured visibility / advertising (optional)

💡 Example: For a €100 service, you receive €86,5 after NordicCosta’s commission (13,5%). which includes all payment processing and Stripe fees — no additional costs for you.

All commissions are invoiced by TS Capital & Consulting Oy (operating as NordicCosta) under EU reverse charge (VAT 0%).
Each provider handles their own local VAT obligations.
